We understand that mold remediation can feel overwhelming. Every home, every family, and every situation is different, which is why we take the time to understand your unique needs before developing a customized remediation plan. We work closely with your Indoor Environmental Professional (IEP) to ensure our approach aligns with their recommendations. If you don't yet have an IEP, we can help connect you with a local health-focused IEP if needed.
Throughout the project, we keep you informed every step of the way. From regular communication and progress updates to coordinating subcontractors and managing project schedules, we handle the details so you can focus on your family instead of the logistics.
Our team is IICRC-certified and has completed advanced training through NORMI's Certified Remediator for Sensitized Individuals (NCRSI) program and CIRSx's Medically Important Remediation for Professionals training. This specialized education reinforces our commitment to health-centric, science-based remediation that prioritizes meticulous source removal, engineering controls, and particulate reduction rather than relying on chemicals. This approach is especially important for clients who are chemically sensitive or seeking the cleanest possible indoor environment to support the health of their families.

Centered on Health and True Restoration
Many of our clients are living with CIRS, mold-related illness, or other environmental sensitivities. We hold ourselves to standards that go beyond the jobsite. Our equipment is thoroughly decontaminated between projects, HEPA filters are replaced on a more aggressive schedule, uniforms are laundered using the same high-heat, contamination-control protocols we recommend during small particle cleaning, etc. We are constantly evaluating how our own practices could impact the next home we enter. Our team is trained to understand our clients unique needs and they take their job very seriously.

We operate at a higher standard. While our work follows recognized industry standards, including IICRC S520, we recognize that clients affected by mold-related illness often require an elevated level of care.
When appropriate, we incorporate CIRSx recommendations into our remediation planning and execution. Our commitment goes beyond meeting minimum standards—we focus on disciplined execution, attention to detail, and unwavering quality from the first day of the project through the final walkthrough.
Founded by a mold-affected family
MedGrade was founded by a family who experienced the devastating effects of mold-related illness firsthand. We understand the frustration of failed remediation efforts, conflicting advice, and the gaslighting that so many mold-affected families experience when they're told their symptoms aren't real or that they're "just anxious." We know what it's like to invest significant time, money, and hope into solutions that don't work. That experience is why MedGrade exists. It shaped our commitment to providing thoughtful, transparent remediation and treating every family with the care, honesty, and compassion we wished we had during our own journey.
We Handle the Details
Mold remediation often involves much more than the remediation itself. Coordinating proper order and timelines, communicating with the IEP, scheduling duct cleaning, arranging insulation removal, securing equipment rentals, managing multiple contractors, etc. can quickly become overwhelming. We believe your focus should be on your family—not on managing a project.
We take those responsibilities off your plate. We coordinate with trusted subcontractors, provide regular project updates, and arrive in unmarked vehicles to help protect your privacy. From the first day of the project to the final walkthrough, our goal is to make the remediation process as smooth, organized, and stress-free as possible.

SMALL PARTICLE CLEANING
For mold-sensitive individuals, small particle cleaning is one of the most important steps in the remediation process. Once the mold source has been properly addressed, microscopic dust and contamination can still remain throughout the home.
MedGrade's Small Particle Cleaning service uses specialized HEPA equipment and meticulous cleaning protocols to remove these particles. ATTIC MOLD REMEDIATION
